We offer a wide range of precious metals, including gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Alongside Base metal products including brass, titanium, and copper.

While we do not offer free samples, you can purchase smaller quantities to test our materials and see if they meet your needs.

  • Express shipping: $22 flat rate.
  • International orders: Free shipping for orders over $350 AUD (or $650 AUD for the UK and rest of the world); flat rates apply otherwise.

What is your delivery timeframe?

  • Domestic: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days.
  • International: Delivery times range from 3 to 31 business days, depending on your location.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with Australia Post, EMS International, FedEx, and UPS Courier Services, depending on your location and order value.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for qualifying orders:

We take parcel security seriously and will do our best to locate, redirect, or retrieve your shipment if it goes missing.

For parcels that are deemed lost:

  • Orders up to $250 AUD are fully covered by us.
  • Orders above $250 AUD are covered up to the value of the extra cover (insurance) selected at checkout.

We strongly recommend adding extra cover for higher-value orders to ensure full protection. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@ore-metals.com immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I expedite my order?
