1. Discount Eligibility

Loyalty discounts apply to most products; however, due to the intrinsic nature of certain commodities, some items are excluded from the blanket discount.
Excluded items include, but are not limited to: 24k pure gold products, 999 fine silver products, high-karat alloys, and other precious metal items where pricing is directly tied to the market rate.
For these items, an individual discount will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Discounts will be calculated based on the current spot price and market rate at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Benefits

Gold Tier Members receive free standard shipping on orders up to a cap of $75.
Platinum Tier Members receive free standard shipping on orders up to a cap of $150.
Shipping benefits exclude insurance, additional coverage, and express shipping services, which will incur extra charges.
